Energy-saving

Adopting permanent magnet synchronous motor, compressor integrated frequency control system, bearing motor control system, with EK new generation frequency converter, and through the frequency converter motor and the inlet guide vane to adjust the load variation of the unit, so that the unit operates at the best state point. Frequency conversion technology combined with micro-channel refrigerant heat dissipation technology, so that the unit saves energy consumption up to 50%, motor speed + inlet guide vane co-adjustment, can achieve the refrigeration load as low as 10% or less.
 

High-efficiency heat transfer technology

The evaporator adopts full falling film evaporation design with spraying technology and high-efficiency strengthened heat exchanger copper tube to achieve complete film evaporation of refrigerant on the surface of high-efficiency heat exchanger tube, which greatly improves the overall heat exchanger efficiency of the unit, and the unit basically realises zero liquid level in the evaporator, which greatly reduces the refrigerant charging quantity.

Safety

With EZ's new generation of controllers, the compressor's electrical control has been further improved so that it requires only a small amount of current to start, has no impact on the grid, reduces standby generator costs, and is easily expandable. Refrigerant cooling technology for motors and inverters, even and efficient heat transfer, thorough cooling, ensuring the reliability and stability of motors and inverters. The magnetic levitation bearing control system is equipped with position sensors, which can monitor and adjust the position of the magnetic levitation rotor in real time to ensure the safety and stability of the compressor during operation.

Power-off protection technology

Each compressor is equipped with a set of capacitors to store electrical energy and filter DC voltage fluctuations, in the event of a sudden power failure, the capacitors can continue to supply power to the bearings, so that the motor is switched to the power generation mode, power supply itself until it stops, to maintain its operating status and gradually reduce the load, so that the unit can be smoothly shut down.

​Dual-stage Enhanced Enthalpy Technology

The unit adopts two-stage closed impeller compression + three-stage highefficiency economiser technology, combined with the best intermediate makeup air technology, which can reduce the compressor speed, improve the compressor aerodynamic efficiency, greatly improve the energy efficiency of the system, and increase the energy efficiency by 6% compared with the single-stage compressor unit, increase the heat-absorbing capacity of the refrigerant, reduce the power consumption of the compressor, and make the unit more energy-efficient.
 

Environmentally friendly refrigerant

Adopting R134a refrigerant, it has outstanding performance and saves electricity consumption; it does not contain chlorine and has no destructive effect on the atmospheric ozone layer, and has no expiry date for banning.
Effectively reduce CO₂emission, slow down the increasingly serious urban heat island effect, and build a green life building. Combined with the falling film evaporative heat transfer technology, it saves refrigerant and ensures the efficient operation of the unit.

High strength and quality bearings

Adopting high strength material bearings, zero friction design, long bearing life.
With the wear and tear of the bearings of ordinary centrifugal compressors, the operating noise of the unit will increase continuously, while the magnetic levitation unit components are completely suspended, the noise and vibration generated by the unit is extremely small, and the noise of the compressor is as low as 70dB(A), which brings a better experience to the users, and at the same time, it is not necessary to do the relevant vibration reduction and noise reduction and soundproofing measures, which reduces the cost of installation and noise reduction

Waterside pressure-bearing

Evaporator: The standard machine is designed for 1.0MPa water side pressure, and 1.6 MPa and 2.0MPa specifications are available.

Condenser: The standard design water side pressure is 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa and 2.0MPa are available.

Shock absorber

The unit can be equipped with optional high elasticity rubber damping pads or spring damping devices to further reduce the vibration transmission of the unit to the load-bearing surface.

Evaporator insulation wool

The unit comes standard with 19mm insula tion wool, wi th an op tional 38mm insulation thickness, to cope with projects where the humidity of the cold storage and storage and operating environment is greater than 90%.

Refrigerant isolation valve

The optional refrigerant isolation valve allows the refrigerant to be stored in the condenser so that the unit can be serviced without transferring the refrigerant.
