Reaction Principle of Concrete Sealing and Curing Agent
The East Zonex lithium-based penetrating concrete sealing and curing agent penetrates 5-8mm into the concrete. It chemically reacts with calcium oxide, moisture, and compounds generated during the concrete curing process to form a compound known as calcium silicate hydrate (commonly referred to as snow silicate calcium stone gel), making the concrete a dense whole. By increasing the concentration of snow silicate calcium stone gel, the strength and density of the concrete are enhanced. At the same time, the crystals of the snow silicate calcium stone gel generated in the concrete pores effectively block the air pores, reducing the water flow path and preventing solid and liquid impurities from entering the concrete, thereby increasing the concrete's resistance to chemical corrosion. However, it still allows gaseous water to flow freely, enabling the concrete to "breathe." This process also results in a higher gloss on the surface, enhancing the aesthetic effect of the flooring.
